Samples Arrangement

 

Concept

Case 1:

     Importer has his own suppliers for the sampling and products and they do not need more suppliers.

 

As more as suppliers will be as more as orders request will be.

 

So Importer always tries to avoid new suppliers.

 

Sometime Importer needs samples urgent to submit to the buyer/store as per their deadline. But exporter's sampling department is too busy to complete its already huge sampling list. So dates given by exporter are not acceptable to importer.

 

Case 2:

     Sometimes product submitted by current supplier is not up to the standard as importer need. And even after lots of tries it do not comes out in desired way. Time and money both are being spoiling again and again.

 

 

What we do here

 

In both cases, we provide samples from multiple exporters in quick time.

 

Case 1 and 2: Importer do not has tension of orders issue to the exporter as we are standing in between. So all order queries comes to us only and we do not forward it to importer because importer used our "Samples Arrangement" service that is clearly only for the samples not for order.

 

So import do not need to reply to multiple exporters those submitted samples.

 

We also submit price and production time of each product along with samples. In future if Importer feels to buy that from us we will supply the same quality on same quoted prices (As per price validation date).
