Concept

3rd Party Testing is one of the major process or way to verify product quality according to the scientific way. Testing Labs check the samples with predefined process and observe the difference on product after test completion. On the basis of difference, testing lab generates pass or fail reports.

 

Highly reputed international testing labs are SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, Texan Lab Etc. They got their reputation because they hardly manipulate the result even after pressure of supplier.

 

Now point is that supplier also knows the testing process and mostly supplier has their own testing lab inside the factory. So to avoid the failure report of their product they prepare the product specially according the testing standards.  Means special raw material / Chemical / process they use only for development of testing samples. But on the other side production is made by downgraded material / chemicals / process.

 

Due to this all concept of testing goes waste. There no means remain of spending huge amount on product testing. Importer gets the test reports and on the basis of 3rd party test results buyer has to belief that his product is of good quality and there will be no claims after distributed it to buyers.

 

But reality is different than theory. Importer gets huge claims and product return threats from buyer. Even after so much honesty and exercises still things did not works as they should be.

 

Buyer Blames Importer and Importer blame Exporter.

 

Exporter shows the testing reports again that he did all right as your nominated testing agency checked the sample personally by scientific way.

 

And the above argument becomes very difficult for importer to deny.

 

 

What We Do Here

CONFIDENTIAL SOURCING INDIA plays a big role here. We do not have any testing lab. But we stop the exporter to play the above game.

 

We personally visit the production line in factory during mid line inspection and pull out the samples randomly direct from the running production.  These samples are than submit to the same 3rd party lab for testing.

 

By this exporter do not get the way to make special samples for the testing purpose. Exporter has to use same good material / chemicals / process as he was going to use only of the sample earlier. So definitely product quality improves a lot.

 

Now Testing results are more real, more trustworthy than earlier case.
